Gisteravond zijn in Los Angeles de winnaars van de MTV Movie Awards 2014 bekendgemaakt. Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Mila Kunis en Zac Efron gingen onder meer met een beeldje naar huis.
De film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is de grote winnaar van de MTV Movie Awards 2014. Het 2de deel van de reeks sleepte 3 belangrijke prijzen in de wacht. Naast de award voor Movie of the Year werd Jennifer Lawrence gekozen tot beste actrice en Josh Hutcherson tot beste acteur.
Verder won Mila Kunis voor haar rol in Oz The Great and Powerful in de categorie Best Villain. Daarnaast ging Zac Efron er vandoor met de prijs voor het beste shirtloze optreden en de zoen van Emma Roberts, Jennifer Aniston en Will Poulter werd bekroond tot beste kus.
